He began his career working in the field of audit practice and had considerable experience in auditing various large groups of private companies, foreign investment companies and public listed companies.
He has a practice licensed issued by Finance Minister of Republic of Indonesia and registered in Financial Services Authority (OJK).
He is a Certified Public Accountants of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Before establishing the firm, He, previously served as a Managing Partners of KAP Budiman Wawan Pamudji dan Rekan (an Independent Member of EuraAudit International).
Berson is a member of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) and the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI).

He is a CPA with more than 10 years of experience and has in-depth expertise in the areas of audit practice especially in several industries such as insurance, reinsurance, insurance brokers, reinsurance brokers, banking, manufacturing, hotels, financial services and public listed companies.
Mr. Helmiansyah also sits as member of audit committee and at various organizations, ranging from financial institutions to insurance and reinsurance.
He has a practice licensed issued by Finance Minister of Republic of Indonesia and registered in Financial Services Authority (OJK).
In the field of education Mr. Helmiansyah has dedicated himself as a Lecturer at many universities in Indonesia with his expertise in Forensic Accounting Investigation or Audit and for time share his expertise as a Resourcer and Moderator related to Forensic Audit and Accounting and serve the public as an advisor to government institutions that related to Forensic Audit.
He is also member of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) and the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI).
